Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

  • •By accessing or using GANGA Offensive Ops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • •If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
  • •You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) to use the platform.

Eligibility

  • •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • •Users between 13-16 (or applicable age) require parental consent in certain jurisdictions.
  • •You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • •One account per person; duplicate accounts may be merged or suspended.
  • •Organization accounts must designate an authorized administrator.

User Accounts

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • •You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • •Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to data retention policies.
  • •You may export your data before account deletion through your account settings.

Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use Policy

  • •Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • •Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • •Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written permission.
  • •Do not interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
  • •Do not use the platform to transmit malware, phishing content, or other harmful code.
  • •Do not use the platform for commercial purposes without a commercial license.

User Content

  • •You retain ownership of content you post on the platform.
  • •By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display it as necessary to operate the platform.
  • •You are solely responsible for the content you post and its legality.
  • •We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
  • •Content deleted by users may persist in backups for up to 30 days.
  • •We do not claim ownership over user-generated content.

Offensive Security Tools

  • •GANGA Offensive Ops provides tools for legitimate security research and authorized testing only.
  • •You must have explicit written authorization before testing any system you do not own.
  • •Unauthorized access to computer systems is illegal and violates these terms.
  • •We cooperate with law enforcement in cases of confirmed abuse.
  • •Tool usage is logged for security auditing and compliance purposes.

Payments & Termination

Payment Terms

  • •Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
  • •Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • •All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • •Failed payments may result in account downgrade or suspension.
  • •You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

  • •We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
  • •Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
  • •We will provide reasonable notice and data export opportunities for accounts terminated for convenience.
  • •Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
  • •Terminated accounts may retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
  • •You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Disputes & General

Governing Law & Disputes

  • •These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
  • •Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Nepal Arbitration Council.
  • •Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.
  • •Small claims court: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
  • •Injunctive relief: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

General Provisions

  • •Entire agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GANGA Offensive Ops Pvt. Ltd.
  • •Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • •Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • •Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign these terms freely.
  • •Force majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • •Notices: We may send notices via email, in-app notification, or posted on the platform.
  • •Third-party rights: These terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights.

Special Terms

OSINT Tools Terms

  • •OSINT tools are provided for authorized security research and legitimate intelligence gathering only.
  • •Users must comply with all applicable laws when using OSINT capabilities.
  • •You are responsible for obtaining proper authorization before conducting OSINT activities.
  • •OSINT data is provided as-is; accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed.
  • •Unauthorized OSINT activities may result in immediate account termination.

AI Products Terms

  • •AI features are provided as-is and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.
  • •AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice.
  • •You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs.
  • •AI processing may be subject to usage limits and rate restrictions.
  • •We do not guarantee the availability or performance of AI features.

Social Login Terms

  • •Social login is provided as a convenience; your social account credentials are never stored by GANGA Offensive Ops.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your social accounts.
  • •We are not responsible for third-party service outages or security issues.
  • •Social login may be subject to the terms and policies of the third-party provider.

Do Not Track Terms

  • •We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and Do Not Track browser preferences.
  • •Opting out of tracking may affect your experience with certain platform features.
  • •We provide granular privacy controls in your account settings.
